Tell Me About The Cooking Lessons

Our cooking lessons are instructed by Chef Robin Blair of Cooking with C.A.R.E. Unlimited.  In a small home setting our cooking lessons use the freshest, in-season ingredients to help bring our families back to the dinner table.  During each lesson we prepare an entire meal including dessert.  In this small group setting you are able to ask questions about anything food related.  The lessons are fun and exciting and we utilize everyday foods for the lessons.  Currently our cooking lessons are held in the Northeast Ohio area only.

Jambalaya

Jambalaya is a dish that originates in Louisiana with French and Spanish roots.  The dish was meant to be a type of "Paella" but saffron was not readily available so tomatoes replaced it and we now have jambalaya instead.  Be ready to enjoy this one pot dish that you are guaranteed to fall in love with!

French Bread

I know, I know, who has time or energy to make a yeast bread.  You do!!!  No, it may not be something you make everyday but everyone should know how to do it.  It's worth every moment of energy!

Bananas Foster

Words can not describe how delicious, elegant yet simple this dessert is.  You will impress all your friends when you fire this up for your next party.  Join me for this New Orleans Native!
