Couscous:

A coarsely ground semolina pasta.  The grain is a staple in many North African countries.  Couscous can be found in most major supermarkets near the rice.  It is already parboiled so it is very simple to prepare.  Use package directions.  My favorite brand is Near East.  I really enjoy the garlic and olive oil flavor.
