September 15th Cooking Lesson |

Hello everyone!!!
Here are a few pictures from the September 15th cooking lesson. I only have a few because, quite honestly, I forgot to take pictures. I promise to do better next time. I'm still working on video taping the lessons for the web. That will be quite exciting!!!
First we have Katy! Katy never misses a lesson and as you can see she is having a ball with our glazed carrots (which came out wonderfully if I must say so myself)! You ever cook something and it comes out even better than you thought? Well, that was the glazed carrots. We learned how to prepare tilapia and au gratin potatoes but I must admit that the glazed carrots took the cake!!!  
Next we have a picture of Nicole slaving over the stove as well. What I really enjoy about the lessons is that everyone is involved. It's not about watching Chef Robin. I actually consider my students more like sous chefs. Everyone works hard on the meal so that everyone can go home feeling confident in their culinary skills!
