Hello everyone!!!

I'm very excited to say that yesterday we made our television debut!  As an ambassador for the American Heart Association I was invited to cook on "That's Life" with Robin Swoboda on Fox 8.  I was there to represent not only CWC but to also encourage people to attend Power Health Explosion!!!  There will be more information posted concerning this later. 

The experience was fun.  It went so fast but Robin Swoboda is a lot of fun and she's just like her tv personality.  If you haven't had a chance to watch just click the link to the left and watch!  Please post your comments once you're done! 

I have had a couple questions concerning the cookbook that was featured - the cookbook is a wonderful book but it's not mine.  I encourage everyone who would like a copy to contact your local American Heart Association.  It's a great book!!
