Hi everyone! In case you are in the area, I will be a presenter at the Faith and Fitness Health Fair at Bethlehem Church this Saturday, March 8th from 10-2. It's an exciting event that partners faith and fitness. I will be preparing a wonderful dish from 1 - 1:30. It's an honor to be asked to present and I'm very excited. I'll also have a table and pass out flyers, free recipes and more info! The event is totally free!!!! Hope to see you there!
