Hello everyone!

I am proud to say that last week I won an award for the best chicken recipe at Cleveland State University Black Faculty and Staff Soul Food Cook Off!  It was a lot of fun and all the proceeds went to a book fund to help students.  Just in case anyone wants to see it the recipe is listed.  I prepared my Asian Caramelized Chicken Wings.

Enjoy!!!

Chef Robin

Asian Caramelized Chicken Wings

3 lbs chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce

1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1) Preheat oven to 375°F.

2) Season chicken with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper and garlic powder.

3) Place chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish lined with heavy duty foil, sprayed with cooking spray.  Bake for 25 minutes.
